Effects
When
bringing personal effects back into the UK you will be required to complete a C3
form which
you can obtain from us. This form must be completed by the shipper and returned
to us as soon as possible in order for us to clear personal effects through UK customs.

Complete and return this form to us
as soon as possible.
Air
Freight Imports
When
you request Sayva Trek to clear and deliver your imported shipment
please provide us with flight details, an airwaybill copy if available and expected arrival date. This will speed up the process.
Sea
Freight Imports
For sea freight
imports please provide us with vessel name, Bill of Lading number and estimated
arrival date together with details of your shipment. We will arrange for
clearance and delivery to final destination.
